The Home Selling Process

  • Meet with a Real Estate Agent

    During this step, we’ll work to identify what price we would recommend listing your home at, what repairs might need to be addressed before listing, and how we can properly market your home.

  • Prepare Your Home

    During the preparation stage, you’ll want to make sure your home is properly prepared for potential buyers who may be walking through your home, and ensure that it’s in the right condition for showings.

  • List Your Home

    We’ll have professional pictures taken of your home, craft a unique property description, and list your home on the Multiple Listing Service.

  • Showings/Offers

    Once the home is active, typically we’ll begin receiving showing requests and/or offers. Once we receive offers, we’ll begin the negotiation process to ensure that you get the highest amount possible for your home.

  • Inspections

    Once your home is under contract, the buyers will conduct inspections on your home and we work to handle any negotiation towards home repairs.

  • Escrow/Closing

    After inspections are completed, we’ll work to ensure that the home closing stays on timelines and that we make it to the closing table. Before closing, you’ll receive a disclosure on how much you’ll receive from closing.
