The Home Buying Process

Meet with a Real Estate Agent
During this step, we’ll work to identify what type of home you’re looking for and if there are any major requirements you have for your future home.

Get Pre-Approved
During the home buying process, it’s important that you get pre-qualified with a lender to ensure that your purchasing power is within what you’re looking for. Typically you’ll need pay stubs, bank statements, and more.

Search for Homes
We’ll put you on a home search on the Multiple Listing Service and work to identify homes that might be perfect for you. As we begin finding homes that you love, we’ll begin scheduling showings.

Make an Offer
Once we find the home of your dreams and if it fits your criteria, we’ll prepare and send an offer based on the price and terms of your choosing.

Negotiation
Once we send the offer, we might go into a negotiation stage to get the home purchase finalized. Once the offer is negotiated properly and both parties agree, we’ll be under contract and on pace to close.

Escrow/Closing
Once we go under contract, we’ll go through the inspection process, your home will be appraised and if everything goes through, you’ll close on your future dream home and become the owner!
